Ripe Olive And Tomato Cilantro Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. chopped ripe olives
    1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. fresh chopped cilantro
    1 small jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and minced
    1 garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients.
    Add black pepper to taste. Serve salsa with corn chips.
