Cajun Short Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef or pork short ribs
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
Cajun seasoning
1/4 c. oil
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
Preparation

Place oil in skillet.
Coat short ribs with seasoning.
Heat oil until hot then add ribs and brown them well.
Add onion and pepper.
Lower heat and simmer about 30 to 45 minutes until onions and pepper are almost cooked to pieces.
Then add water.
Turn up heat and cook about 15 minutes.
Serve over white or wild rice.
