Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms (do not cook)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean and slice the
    mushrooms.
    Put in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.
    Let stand at room temperature at least four hours before serving.
