Hawaiian Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small pork roast, cubed
    4.5 oz. can green chile peppers
    flour tortillas
    tomatoes, diced
    green onions, chopped
    grated Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Cut a small pork roast into cubes and place in a skillet.
    Add the green chiles; cover with lid and cook on low about 1 1/2 or 2 hours.
    Do not remove lid.
    Cook flour tortillas according to package directions.
    Fill tortillas with pork mixture, tomatoes, green onions, Cheddar cheese and sour cream; fold up bottoms and roll.
    Serve immediately.
