Pheasant Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pheasants
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 large cans mushrooms (with liquid)
    1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Brown pheasants in skillet in small amount of butter.
    Place browned pieces in a 2-quart ovenproof casserole dish.
    In saucepan, combine soup, mushrooms and almonds.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour over pheasant.
    Cover and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    May substitute chicken.
