Fried Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. turkey breast meat
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Puritan oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fillet the breast meat away from the bone and cut into thin 1/4-inch slices.
    Dip the slices in a mixture of egg and milk. Roll in the bread crumbs.
    In a heavy skillet, heat the oil to a medium-high temperature.
    Fry the slices for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    After each piece is cooked, place on paper towel covered platter.
    Keep platter warm in the oven at 150\u00b0.
