Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Dutch oven size pan filled with peeled tomatoes
    12 to 15 buds garlic
    2 small onions
    3 small green peppers
    1/2 c. carrots
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook (boiling) all ingredients until begins to thicken.
    Strain and run pulp through blender and pour back with juice.
    Continue cooking until thickness you prefer.
    Fill jars, seal and hot water bath for 35 minutes.
