Warm Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, save drippings
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 lb. cooked potatoes, diced
1 c. chopped onions
Preparation

Cook bacon crisp; crumble. Combine 2/3 cup bacon drippings with next 5 ingredients.
Heat and stir until thickened.
Add potatoes, onion and bacon; toss, heat through (makes 5 pounds).
