Low-Fat Cold Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. wild rice, prepared as directed
1 pkg. Feta cheese
1/2 pkg. sun-dried tomatoes
1 red onion, chopped
1 bottle Marie's fat-free red vinaigrette salad dressing
Preparation

Prepare rice and cool in refrigerator.
Prepare sun-dried tomatoes as directed.
Chop cheese, tomatoes and onion and mix with rice.
Add enough dressing to moisten and hold ingredients together.
Refrigerate.
