Frozen Fruit Salad(Makes 12 Muffin Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream*
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 banana, mashed
    1/3 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
    3 Tbsp. cherries, chopped fine
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend together all ingredients and place in muffin papers in muffin tins.
    Freeze.
    After frozen, take from tins and place in Ziploc bags.
    Serve as a special dessert or on a lettuce leaf, garnished with cherries.
