Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. coriander
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons margarine until tender.
    Combine onion mixture in bowl with chopped chicken and chopped green chilies; set aside.
