Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. browned beef stew
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can beef broth bouillon soup
    1 tsp. flour
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Brown onions,
    beef and mushrooms; add soups and flour. Cook at 250\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours in oven.
    Serve over rice.
