Chipper Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer chicken, cooked, boned and diced
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. water or broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    2 c. chow mein noodles (for topping)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except chow mein noodles).
    Top with chow mein noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bubbly.
