Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
    finely minced onion and green pepper (1/4 c. each)
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 pkg. McCormick onion gravy mix, cooked according to pkg.
Preparation
    Take hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and egg and mix all together.
    Shape into 4 to 6 mini meat loaf patties.
