Old Fashion Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; pour into an uncooked pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Turn oven to 350\u00b0 until knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean.
