Barbecue Leftovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 medium size green pepper, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat 4 tablespoons butter or margarine in a large skillet. Add chopped vegetables and cook.
    Stir 5 minutes.
    Stir in the catsup, water, brown sugar and vinegar; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat; simmer about 30 minutes longer, covered.
    Stir once or twice.
    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes or toast. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
