Quick Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. plain wheat germ
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients.
    Add oil and honey and blend until moistened.
    Spread on 2 ungreased 15 x 10-inch pans. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, stirring once.
    Cool.
    Put in airtight container or freeze.
    To make Granola Squares, beat 1/2 c. oleo, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. honey.
    Add to above granola mix.
    Spread in a greased 13x9x2 pan, press down firmly.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Mixture will be soft in center, but will firm when cooled.
    Cut into squares.
