Black-Eyed Peas With Ground Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 can black-eyed peas
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can steak sauce with mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
Preparation
    Lightly brown meat.
    Add onions, bell pepper and tomatoes. Cook 20 minutes.
    Add steak sauce, peas and celery.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
