Steak Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless beef top loin steaks (cut 3/4 inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. ready-to-serve beef broth
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in large, nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Add onions and garlic; cook 2 minutes.
    Stir in mushrooms.
    Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove and set aside.
