Yummy Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated apples
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Makes 3 layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
