Corn Moussaka - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) bag whole kernel corn
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese with chives
1/4 c. Parmesan, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Spread corn in ungreased casserole.
Brown hamburger and drain.
Add flour to hamburger; cook 1 minute.
Stir in tomato sauce, garlic and cinnamon.
Pour over corn.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Combine eggs and cottage cheese.
Spread over meat mixture.
Top with Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
