Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, deboned
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 stalk Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook breasts and remove bones.
    Put chicken in casserole dish. Blend sour cream and soup.
    Pour this mixture over chicken. Crush crackers.
    Add poppy seed to crackers.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Drizzle oleo on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve over rice.
