Ingredients

1 pt. fresh strawberries with stems
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 c. finely chopped pistachios or pecans
Preparation

Wash strawberries; gently pat dry.
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon peel; blend well.
Dip berries into cream cheese mixture, coating bottom half of berry.
Roll berry in chopped pistachios.
Arrange on serving plate.
Cover; refrigerate until serving.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
