Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. liquid shortening
3 eggs, beaten
1 mushy pumpkin (small can)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix shortening, eggs, pumpkin and vanilla with fork or spoon. Sift together flour, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon.
Add sugar.
Mix with the liquid.
Add nuts.
Cook in tube pan 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
