Indian Spiced Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pinto beans
4 c. water
1 medium onion
1 medium tomato
1 clove garlic
1 red pepper
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
black pepper
Preparation
-
Wash beans.
Place all ingredients in 4-quart pan.
Bring to boil and reduce heat.
Cover and cook 4 hours on low heat.
