Fisherman'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in skillet.
    Add next 7 ingredients. Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
    Separate salmon into chunks, removing bones.
    Combine macaroni, salmon, sauce and half the peas in large bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cook remaining peas, using package directions.
    Garnish with cooked peas.
    Yields 6 servings.
