Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    7 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix boiling water, sugar, Crisco and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm (about 10 minutes).
    Soften yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in 1/4 cup of lukewarm water.
    Stir yeast into the other lukewarm mixture.
    Add 2 beaten eggs (room temperature).
    Stir in 4 cups of flour.
    Add 3 to 4 or more cups of flour to make a soft dough.
    Do not knead.
    Cover and put in the refrigerator overnight.
