Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef broth
    1 can water
    1 can sliced mushrooms (large)
    3/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
    2 large onions, chopped fine
    3 pods garlic, chopped fine
    1/2 bunch green onions, chopped fine
    parsley (handful), chopped fine
    1 stick butter
    2 heaping c. raw rice
    salt and red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Use a 5-quart glass covered dish.
    Melt butter in dish and stir in all ingredients, adding rice last.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Do not lift lid.
    Let cool 15 minutes before you lift lid.
    Then stir.
