Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans of chicken soup
    2 c. diced celery
    4 tsp. minced onion
    1 c. chopped blanched almonds
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Put chicken, soup, celery, onion, almonds, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mayonnaise in large bowl and mix well.
    Spoon a layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole or a 3-quart casserole.
    Add layer of sliced eggs.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover with crushed potato chips and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Do not add potato chips until ready to bake.
    Can be made day ahead.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
