Chocolate Candy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoa and salt.
Add milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Cook until 234\u00b0.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla.
Beat hard for a full 10 minutes.
Pour into dish.
