Diet Center Approved Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 squash
    1 large onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Preparation
    Cook together with 1 teaspoon salt; drain.
    Mix together squash and onion.
    Add egg, green pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Crush 6 Wasa crackers, add to the mixture, saving 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Sprinkle top with Diet Center Good-Stuff seasoning.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Use a 9 x 9-inch square dish.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Each would be 1 cooked vegetable and 1 bread serving.
