Stir-Fry Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut up
    6 c. frozen or fresh vegetables
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    In wok or skillet, fry chicken in margarine until cooked throughout, using medium-high heat.
    Add vegetables and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until cornstarch is dissolved.
    Pour over chicken and vegetables; bring to a boil. Cook until vegetables are desired tenderness.
