Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 medium onion
1/2 green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Slice carrots thin.
Slice onion.
Chop green pepper.
Cook and drain carrots.
Combine with onion and green pepper.
Combine other ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Pour over vegetables and stir until well mixed.
Refrigerate overnight.
