Lemon Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 whole lemon rind, grated
    Progresso Italian style bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil the spinach until tender in water to which has been added the sugar.
    Drain well.
    While warm, add the cream cheese and 1/2 stick butter.
    Mix well until blended and there are no lumps of cheese.
    Add the lemon rind (no juice).
    Melt remaining 1/2 stick butter and mix it with enough of the bread crumbs to make 1/4-inch topping on the spinach and cream cheese mixture.
    Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
