Hearty Turkey Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (about 1 1/4 lb.) boneless turkey breast
    3 to 4 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 small red potatoes, quartered
    4 medium carrots, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 c. dry red wine
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    1 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut turkey breast crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Heat oil in 6-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, until oil sizzles, about one minute.
    Place turkey, potatoes, carrots, onion and garlic in pan.
    Cook and stir 10 minutes or until turkey is lightly browned.
