Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and cubed chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise, mixed with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine ingredients in 10-inch casserole, putting cheese and potato chips on top.
Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
