Hot Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (1.4 oz.) pkg. Knorr vegetable soup recipe mix
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp, thawed and well drained, or 1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
    1/2 c. jarred roasted red pepper, drained and coarsely chopped
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In medium bowl, stir cream cheese and sour cream until blended.
    Stir in soup mix, artichokes, shrimp, red pepper and hot pepper sauce until well mixed.
    Spoon into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 4 cups.
