Oven "Fried" Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg or 2 egg whites
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced green onions
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Shape into eight 1/2-inch patties.
    Place on Pam-sprayed cookie sheet and bake 10 or 12 minutes at 400\u00b0, turning once, until golden on both sides.
    Yield: 4 servings.
