Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    2 tsp. poppy seeds
    2 1/2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
    1 3/4 c. crushed butter-flavor cracker crumbs (about 36 crackers)
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, soup and poppy seeds in a bowl; stir in chicken.
    Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    May be served alone or over rice. Serves four.
