Pronto Pinto Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp. chunky salsa
2 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream
22 baked tortilla chips
Preparation

In small dish, mash beans with fork.
Mix in salsa and sour cream.
Serve as dip with chips.
Makes 1 serving, 260 calories, 1.5 grams fat and 1.9 grams soluble fiber.
This is a heart smart snack.
Low in fat, high in fiber.
