Queen Mother Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. butter
4 oz. almonds
3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs, separated
pinch of salt
Preparation

Melt chocolate with butter; stir until smooth.
Grind almonds with 1/4 cup sugar in blender.
Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar until thick.
Add chocolate and nuts.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Gently fold into chocolate mixture.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
