Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Press coconut and pecans in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Mix cake as directed.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
Melt margarine and mix with powdered sugar and softened cream cheese. Spoon over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
