Suzanne'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    3 c. fresh apples, peeled and chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, oil, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla and mix thoroughly; mixture will be very thick.
    Place in ungreased tube pan.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
    No icing needed; it makes its own crunchy top.
