Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    6 c. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    8 oz. fine egg noodles (vermicelli)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    6 c. milk
    1 lb. American cheese, cubed
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil, add water and bouillon cubes and heat to boiling.
    Add noodles and salt, cook three minutes.
    Add broccoli and garlic powder and cook an additional 4 minutes.
    Add milk and cheese, stir until smooth.
    Serves 6.
