Mushroom Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and butter thoroughly.
    Add flour and work until smooth.
    Chill for at least 30 minutes.
    Roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Fill with 1 teaspoon filling.
    Press edges together with fork and prick top to release steam.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
