Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 cubes margarine or butter
1/4 c. cocoa (Hershey's)
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix in bowl, flour, sugar and salt.
Mix in saucepan, margarine or butter, cocoa and water.
Bring to a boil.
Add to mixture in bowl and beat well.
Add sour cream, eggs and baking soda.
Beat well.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes in an 11 x 17-inch jelly roll pan (shallow).
