Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, defrosted
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sliced (or chopped) green onion
Preparation

Spread potatoes evenly in shallow baking dish.
Scald milk with butter, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle onions and cheese over potatoes; pour on milk and seasonings.
Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
