Skillet Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. or 1 c. shredded dried beef
    4 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream-style corn
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. minced green pepper, pimento or stuffed olives
Preparation
    Lightly fry beef and onions in oleo until beef begins to curl. Stir in flour and cold milk; cook, stirring until thickened.
    Add corn and heat until hot.
    Add cheese and green pepper.
    Stir over low heat just until cheese melts.
    Serve at once over buttered toast triangles or toast cups.
