Escalloped Potatoes And Wieners - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/2 lb. wieners or more
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Pare and slice potatoes very thin.
    Cut wieners into 1/4 to 1/2-inch slices.
    Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, wieners and celery in a greased (I use margarine) 8-cup baking dish.
