Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 strips bacon
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar

Preparation

Chop bacon
into small pieces before frying.
Fry bacon crisp; do\tnot
drain.
Stir
dry\tingredients
over bacon and cook, stirring until thickened.
Good served over lettuce.
